Hi, I’m Krystina Sloan.
I have experienced the bliss and joy of womanhood and motherhood, and I have experienced the overwhelm and burnout.
I have learned there is magic in understanding our true nature as women. We are designed to operate differently than men, and embracing this can eliminate burnout and lead to the happiness, fullness, and “success” we so deeply yearn for.
Understanding the secrets to thriving as a woman can open up a whole new world for you, and has the potential to influence generations of women to come. You may be the first in your family line and circle of women, to learn the secrets of being Feminine and Thriving.

Each session will be 60 minutes, is curated to your needs and desires, and includes:
-Help clarifying your desires, blocks and needs
-Prep “work” prior to your session(s) to maximize your results
-“Homeplay” assigned at the end of the session(s) to continue implementing what we covered on your own
