Special Dietary Restrictions: Gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar-free homemade meals that are free of preservatives and unnecessary ingredients. Yummy meals, snacks, desserts and drinks available.

Postpartum Nourishment and Support

How you treat yourself and your body the first 40 Days after giving birth, will effect your health for years to come.

To have the best postpartum experience, it begins by preparing ahead of time. Here are some ways you can be supported before, during and after your postpartum period:

Planning:

Create a custom plan for your your postpartum period including what special needs you’ll have, what you want to experience, and what kind of support you’ll need.
Have help considering options to create your optimal recovery period
Discuss what kind of meals and nourishment you’d like, how often you’d like delivery, and what other care you may be interested in

Labor and Post-Birth:

Receive your first meal delivery the week before your estimated due date with Labor Snacks and Drinks including:
- Ginger Lemonade for Labor. It is nourishing, hydrating and energizing
- Energizing, protein rich bite size snacks to stay nourished during labor
If desired, you can also receive a post-birth bundle to have ready to munch on directly after birth!

Postpartum Support

Nourishing meals designed to support healing and digestion. All meals consider Ayurvedic teachings for the First 40 Days.

- Breakfast
- Lunch
- Snacks
- Dinner
- Smoothies
- Teas
- Nourishing drinks and nut milks

- Placenta encapsulation

Most meal deliveries are two times a weeks, and can be customized based on your needs.

Additional Postpartum Support

Home Tidying with Delivery:

Meal delivery can include a quick clean up of your kitchen and surrounding area’s. Enjoy your fresh food in a tidy kitchen with dishes done!
Additional support for housework such as laundry and extra cleaning available upon request

Support with Baby:

Postpartum doula services are also available upon request. If you need help caring for the baby so that you can get some sleep, take a shower, or have some time to yourself, I would be delighted to care for your baby.
(I am trained as a postpartum doula and in newborn care + lactation support.)
