There is hidden magic and wisdom in your monthly cycle, and when you understand it, your whole life can change.

Understanding when to take actions, when to rest, and how to utilize the four phases of your monthly cycle, is a complete game-changer.

This is one of the main secrets to eliminating burnout in your work and life.

The modern work day is based off of men, whose testosterone peaks every morning and slowly lessens throughout the day. They are on a 24 hour hormone cycle; and as women, we are on a 28-31 day hormones cycle. Our hormones peak during ovulation and then slowly decrease again as our body prepares for menstruation.

This is why we must learn to to gage ourselves off of completely different criteria.

The first step to begin aligning with your cycle is to determine the first day of your last cycle. This is considered Day 1.

Every woman’c cycle varies, but most regular cycles are 28-31 days. For simplicity, I will share days below based on a 28 day cycle, but know that your cycle may have an extra day or so in some phase.

Each phase of our monthly cycle can be correlated to the four seasons, and they have similar traits and energies as the season.
